Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. That's why we only source products that ship from the United States and why we decided to limit our customer reach to the continental US as well. Someday, when we have more shipping options available and it's easy to predict transit, we might expand internationally!
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace. Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries to PO boxes or parcel motels.

Some specialty items are subject to longer processing and shipping times. If you need your purchase in a hurry, PLEASE contact us first. We are not responsible for orders delayed due to COVID-related issues.
Items may arrive in several shipments depending on which artist/warehouse they ship from.

ALL orders $99 or above ship ABSOLUTELY FREE.* Orders under $99 ship for just $7.99.
*Exceptions to free shipping: Large items and heavy products like sectional couches, dressers, beds, mattresses, etc., may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Those charges will be listed on the product page and added to your total at checkout.

Some larger items may be shipped via freight. This means they're shipped using a container service and may travel via train, truck, or even ship. While this method is slower, it ensures that fragile, heavy, and oversized pieces do not have to be broken down into flat packs.
In essence, freight shipping is a way to honor special pieces and the craftsmanship that went in to making your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE that freight shipping takes extra time both in the shipping and handling phases. This could be a week or several weeks. If you need your freight-shipped purchase within a particular time frame, please contact us before purchasing so we can get you a time estimate.
FREIGHT COST: While most of our items over $99 ship free, this is not always the case for freight items due to the extra care involved. Heavy, oversized, or otherwise specialized items subject to an addition freight fee will be designated as such in the product listing and/or shipping note for that product.
SCHEDULING FREIGHT DELIVERY: Items shipped freight will only be delivered after you schedule a delivery appointment. Information about the shipping company and details regarding how you can schedule your delivery appointment will be included with your shipping/tracking email. This ensures your product is delivered safely into your hands so you can have peace of mind that your special purchase will never be left unattended.

TIMING OF SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Processing time includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and the post office process the orders, which typically takes an additional 2–4 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Shipping generally takes about 5-7 days after processing. Note that shipping times may increase significantly during peak times and/or due to COVID.
Note: It can take 5-10 days for tracking details to become available. If you received a tracking number that is not working at the time you are trying, please check again during that 5-10 day period before contacting us as it takes time to update in the system. We do not have control over third-party tracking. Thank you!
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses to Brookasa. Brookasa is not able to make changes to your shipping address once a package leaves our warehouse. Brookasa is not liable for packages that are lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
All orders reported as "delivered" by courier companies are considered delivered. Brookasa is not liable for missing packages labeled as "delivered."
If a delivery fails for any reason and the address the order was sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, the item may be returned to our warehouse. If you suspect this is the case, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Though were NOT liable for errors made on the part of the delivery company, we'll do our best to evaluate your case and help in any way we deem feasible.
The order as placed by the customer on our website is the order Brookasa will ship to the customer. We are not liable for the customer receiving an unwanted item if that item is what the customer ordered, even if it was a mistake.
